Collect, Pay and Save Terms and Conditions

This promotion has no fixed term duration and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any qualifying orders placed prior to the withdrawal of this promotion will be honoured as per the following criteria.

1. Customer Eligibility – Customers (purchaser) making a purchase with the Host Corporation Pty. Ltd. (seller) must have a profile on our system with accurate and up-to-date contact and address details. They must also meet the following criteria:

a. Collect – Collection of the order must be organised by the Purchaser themselves. No part of the discounted order will be delivered by the seller or via any third party at the seller’s expense.

b. Pay – Payment of goods must be completed and cleared before the transaction is complete. No part of the discounted order can be assigned to a credit facility held with the seller’s acceptable payment terms are:

i. Credit/Debit Card – Visa/Mastercard/American Express – fees may apply, see our payment terms for details.

ii. Direct Bank Transfer

iii. PayID

c. Location – Promotion is available for orders collected from our Perth or Vasse superstores.

2. Product Eligibility

a. All products stocked by the seller are eligible for this offer.

i. This excludes custom orders.

b. All clearance and discontinued products are eligible for this offer.

c. Items on promotion and/or discounted prior to purchase are eligible for this offer.

i. This includes store or manager specials.

3. Exclusions:

a. Non-Collection: If all or part of the order is, or cannot be, collected, then the Purchaser can revert to our standard or express delivery terms – see terms and conditions for details.

i. Discount cannot be applied for goods that do not meet all the eligibility criteria.

ii. A refund will be applied to the order (part or whole), and invoiced to the Purchaser at the same price, but without any Collect, Pay and Save discount.

iii. Other discounts can still apply.

b. Price Match:

i. Items that have been reduced via our price match guarantee will not be subject to any further discount.

c. Discounts that are not compatible with this offer.

i. Extra discounts offered for a specific level of spending will be applied instead of this discount. See our terms and conditions for details.

5. Payment: Payment is required prior to goods being released. Acceptable payment methods are:

a. Credit/Debit Card – Visa/Mastercard/American Express/EFT - fees may apply, see our payment terms for details.

i. Card payment can be made either at checkout on our website, over the phone via our secure NAB Transact portal, or in person via EFTPOS machine.

b. Direct Bank Transfer

i. Payment can be made at any time prior to collection.

6. Collection Locations:

i. You will be advised at the point of ordering when your order will be ready for collection.

ii. Collection between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

i. You will be contacted by our team when your order is available for collection.

7. Time Limits: We will hold your order for 2 weeks after being placed. We will contact you after two weeks if you have not arranged collection and/or payment. If we cannot contact you, then we may process a refund for any payment made and cancel your order. You are welcome to place a new order if you wish to continue with the transaction.

a. Be advised that prices may have changed, and we cannot guarantee that the previous price will be current.

b. Once we cancel your order, we cannot guarantee the availability of that product should you wish to re-commence your order.

8. Cancellation and Returns: Our standard returns policy applies to orders made, paid for, and picked by our warehouse. See terms for details.

9. Liability: The seller will not be responsible for any fault or damage caused because of the Purchaser’s method of collection, or actions of a third party involved at the instruction of the Purchaser. 10. Changes to Terms: The seller reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time, without notice. The seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer at any time without notice.
